KerraSign · Available
Electronic signatures you can prove.
Electronic signature built for how agreements are actually executed here: signers in order, witnesses, a phone, and proof that holds up.
The operating problem
Signing is easy. Proving who signed, and what, is the hard part.
Printed, signed, scanned and emailed agreements lose their evidence on the way. KerraSign records who signed, what they saw, when and from where, and produces the completed document with the certificate to match.
Signers and witnesses
Set who signs and in what order. Each person sees the signatures before theirs, and witnesses attest the signature they watched. No account needed to sign.
Made for a phone
A private link by email and a one-time code, on a page built for a phone on a slow connection.
Evidence, not just a PDF
A certificate of completion, the full audit trail and an Evidence Act affidavit template come with every signed document.
Anyone can verify
Whoever holds a copy can check it against the original on the public verification page. An altered file does not match.

Frequently asked
KerraSign, answered.
What is KerraSign?
KerraSign is electronic signature software. You upload a PDF, choose who signs and in what order, and each person signs from a private link on their phone or computer. When the last person signs, everyone receives the completed document with its certificate.
Do signers need a KerraSign account?
No. Each signer opens a private link sent to their email and confirms a one-time code. Only the people who send documents need a Kerra account.
Are electronic signatures legally valid in Nigeria?
Nigerian law recognises electronic signatures, and KerraSign's certificate of completion cites section 93 of the Evidence Act 2011 and section 17 of the Cybercrimes Act 2015. The Cybercrimes Act excludes some documents, such as wills and certain family-law and property documents, so check those before signing electronically. This is general information, not legal advice.
What do I get when everyone has signed?
The signed PDF with a certificate of completion, and an evidence pack containing the full audit trail, the document's fingerprint and an affidavit template for section 84 of the Evidence Act 2011.
How can someone check that a signed document is genuine?
Anyone can open KerraSign's public verification page and choose the PDF. The file is fingerprinted in their browser, never uploaded, and compared with the record. If even one byte has changed, it does not match.
Can witnesses sign with KerraSign?
Yes. Signers sign in the order you set, each person sees the signatures made before theirs, and a witness is attached to the signature they watched.
Our non-negotiable
Sign it.
Prove it.
Once sent, a document never changes. Every signature is an appended, hashed event. The completed file carries its own certificate, and anyone can verify it.
